Terms and Conditions

1. The final decision on the method of conducting the Labour India Scholarship Exam-2023 and the selection of its questions rests with the Labour India Educational Research Centre.

2. The final winners will be selected by drawing lots if more than the required number of candidates sharing the same mark emerge for each position.

3. The Labour India Educational Research Centre will have the full authority to change the mode of exam, date or its time, if need be.

4. If the exam could not be held due to circumstances beyond our control, it will be conducted on another date. And the details of it will be conveyed to the registered candidates through email.

5. The Singapore trip for the victorious candidates, as announced in the list of prizes, will be arranged as and when the visas are available for the winners as well as his/her companion.

6. The images of prizes shown in the advertisements of the scholarship exam are, in fact, that of their models. The design of the prizes to be presented to the winners, however, maybe different.

7. Any legal dispute that may arise regarding the conduct of the Labour India Scholarship Exam-2023 will fall within the jurisdiction of the court in Pala.
